What we collect

Account details (name, email, company), the emails and attachments you send to your workspace address, and data you enter or import into RealVox. We also collect standard server logs and product analytics needed to run and improve the service.

How we use it

To provide the service: capturing, categorising and reporting on your deal email; to support you; and to keep the service secure. AI processing is performed solely to serve your workspace. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure and AI providers needed to run RealVox, under agreements that restrict their use of it, and when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while your workspace is active. You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your workspace by contacting us.
