What happens when an email arrives
- Capture. The message lands at your workspace address. Sender, recipients, subject, body and attachments are stored.
- Identify. The sender and any companies mentioned are matched against your directory — or created if they're new.
- Locate. Addresses, unit numbers and listing names in the thread are resolved to the property and listing it's about.
- Classify. The message is labelled — enquiry, tour request, follow-up, offer, pass — and the prospect's stage is updated if it changed.
- Extract. Requirements, dates, numbers and next steps are pulled into structured fields.
- Report. The listing report and its activity summary are refreshed. If anything was uncertain, it shows up as a suggestion for a human to confirm.
