Every workspace is a separate tenant. Data is scoped to your team at the database level; there is no cross-workspace access, even for support staff without your consent.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic is TLS. Stored data, including attachments and integration tokens, is encrypted at rest on managed infrastructure.
No training on your data
Email content is processed to serve your workspace only. We use AI providers under terms that exclude training on customer data.
You control access
Workspace admins invite and remove teammates. Integrations (e-signature, listing feeds) are authorised per user and revocable at any time.
