The service
RealVox provides software for capturing, categorising and reporting on business email relating to commercial real estate. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you send to or store in RealVox. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to share the content you submit.
Acceptable use
Don't use RealVox to break the law, to send unsolicited email, or to attempt to access other customers' data.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RealVox is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
